Working Principle

In the first step, the raw materials are lifted to the feeding port by the elevator (bucket elevator or large inclination conveyor) and then enter the fermentation tank. When the organic raw materials enter the fermentation tank, the main motor of the mixing shaft starts, and the motor reducer drives the main shaft to start mixing. Then, the spiral blade on the stirring shaft turns over together with the material to fully contact the material with the air and start the aerobic fermentation stage.

In the second step, the electric heating rod heating system at the bottom of the boiler controlled by the electric cabinet is used to heat the heat transfer oil in the interlayer of the boiler. The temperature of the tank is regulated by a temperature sensor, which heats to achieve the optimal fermentation conditions. After the fermentation of the materials is completed, the materials are discharged through the outlet of the tank and processed in the next step.
