3. Transmission part: The transmission part of the whole machine is the most important, and the overall work must be carried out according to this. The motor and reducer on the installation and transmission adjustment frame are all free from inspection products certified by ISO/9001 quality system, and the quality is reliable. The motor drives the pulley, the V-belt, the reducer and the pinion, and the pinion drives the large gear on the granulation plate to make the granulation plate work. In addition, the large and small gears adopt high-frequency quenching, and the service life is twice as long as the original one. The whole granulation disk is fixed on the driving shaft on the adjustment disk, and the connecting part of the column head adopts taper fit, which is more reasonable in design;
4. Part of the granulation plate: The angle of the granulation plate of this machine adopts the overall arc design, and the granulation rate can reach more than 93%. The bottom of the granulation plate is also reinforced with a number of radiant steel plates, which is durable and never deformed;
5. Automatic material cleaning part: This part is installed above the granulation plate, forming a lower frame shape, with an automatic material cleaning plate on it, so as to remove the material stuck on the plate wall during the production process, greatly improving the service life of the machine , and save labor.
The structure of the disc granulator determines the characteristics, which are mainly summarized into 11 major elements:
