According to the needs, we provide the customers with the process plan of the organic fertilizer production line with a daily production capacity of 60 tons. The core process of this scheme is divided into two parts, one is the compost fermentation process of raw materials, and the other is the deep processing process of fertilizer.
Compost fermentation process is: pretreatment - Main Fermentation - post mature fermentation. In this process, it is mainly used to regulate water, improve soil microbial bacteria, and increase the content of organic matter, N, P, K and other trace elements. In this part, the main mechanical processing equipment used are: compost turning machine, forklift and pulverizer.
Part II process: fertilizer deep processing process:
(4) full automatic batching system at feed inlet → 7m belt conveyor → 16m belt conveyor → 80 type vertical pulverizer → 400 type double shaft mixer → 11m belt conveyor →∅ 1000 × ∅ 1500 organic fertilizer combined centrifugal granulator → 5m belt conveyor →∅ 1.5m secondary rounding → 15m belt conveyor →∅ 1.8m × 18m dryer → 10m belt conveyor →∅ 1.5m × 15m cooling machine → 10m belt conveyor →∅ 1.5m × 5m screening machine → automatic packaging machine.
60 tons of organic fertilizer production line per day——The fertilizer production equipment used in the project includes:
Composting machine - disc tipping machine: suitable for fermentation scenarios with large output.Automatic batching system:
1. Pipeline batching, microcomputer full-automatic weight control.
2. Equipped with automatic mixing and feeding device to avoid the smooth feeding of powdery materials;
3. The silo shall be made of stainless steel as required;
4. Precise measurement with keans sensor.
Vertical crusher: the upper and lower bearing seats are connected, with ≥ 4 blades. The bottom of the crusher is equipped with an automatic cleaning device. The crusher body is a split structure, which is convenient for replacing the cutter head and maintenance, and supporting fixed materials.
Double shaft mixer:
1. The external overall frame is thickened and the channel steel is fixed in all directions;
2. The mixer screw adopts 8mm thick high manganese wear-resistant plate;
3. The top is provided with a dust-proof seal and a square feed port;
4. Rubber dust seal is adopted at the bearing end.
Combined granulator: Two stage rounding and shaping machine:
1. The bottom of the polishing disc is made of manganese steel;
2. The discharge port is designed with fast, medium and slow discharge speeds;
3. Fully sealed dust-proof appearance design;
4. The bottom is designed with hair and powder outlets to effectively prevent the increase of the compliance;
Dryer:
1. The thickness of steel plate is 14 mm, and the thickness of lifting plate is 8 mm;
2. The front and rear head plates are made of 6mm thick steel plate;
3. The rolling ring, gear, retaining wheel and supporting wheel are all heavy-duty steel castings;
4. The impeller and main shaft of the induced draft fan are made of high-temperature resistant materials (taper connection is adopted between the impeller and the main shaft);
5. The quotation includes air duct, fire pipe, elbow and other supporting mechanical accessories;
Cooler:
1. The thickness of steel plate is 10mm, and the thickness of lifting plate is 6mm;
2. The front and rear head plates are made of 4mm thick steel plate;
3. The rolling ring, gear, retaining wheel and supporting wheel are all heavy-duty steel castings;
4. The impeller and main shaft of the induced draft fan are made of high-temperature resistant materials.
5. The quotation includes air duct, elbow and other supporting mechanical accessories;
Screening machine:
1. Anti impact screen is added at the feed inlet of the screening machine;
2. Tighten the hoop at the interface of the screen;
3. The screen is made of wear-resistant stainless steel and corrosion resistant.
Automatic packaging machine:
1. Precise measurement with keans sensor;
2. Accurate analysis of fast, medium and slow blanking;
3. The sewing head adopts Hebei Youtian brand head;
4. Supporting rotatable head lifting frame of sewing and wrapping machine;
5. Supporting feeding finished product bin and output belt device;
6. The electrical part adopts special protection against dust and corrosion;
Biomass granulator: it mainly uses the abundant wood leftovers and plant straw wastes of the customer, which are good raw materials for the heat source of the dryer in the production line. The biomass granulator is used to process sawdust and straw powder into fuel particles, and the heat burned in the combustion furnace is introduced into the dryer to achieve the purpose of heat supply.
