On March 19, 2025, the potassium fertilizer granulation production line manufactured by our company was shipped to Uzbekistan. This production line is mainly composed of a granulation unit consisting of 8 DZJ-1.0 roller extrusion granulators, a urea crusher, a mixer, a screener, a packaging machine, a conveyor, a buffer silo, etc.
During the communication with this customer, we learned that the raw materials are plant ash powder, potassium chloride and other auxiliary materials. Due to the low water content of the raw materials and the presence of hard materials among them, a granulation production line with a potassium fertilizer granulator as the main machine was adopted. After confirming the customer’s purchase intention, our designers designed a relatively reasonable process plan according to the shape and area of the customer’s factory plot, and issued a flow chart, which was recognized by the customer.
This potassium fertilizer production line can meet the customer’s production demand of 10 tons per hour.
